First course:
> College football. #1 ranked Florida has at least 3 starters who are out and that could be tough to overcome. #2 Alabama takes on Tennessee. The Volunteers (TN) are unranked but their fiery coach, Lane Kiffin, would love nothing more than to pull an upset. #6 Iowa has been a bit of a surprise this season so their game against Michigan State, which has beaten Michigan, could be very telling. Finally, #6 Cincinnati has been a true Cinderella this season but, alas, their quarterback was injured last week so it will be interesting to see if Cincy can take Louisville this week giving their QB time to heal and maintain their unbeaten status.
Second course:
> ALCS - American League Championship Series. It's Game 6 at Yankee Stadium tonight with the Yanks taking on the Angels. The Yanks are up 3 games to 2 and can close it out tonight in the best of 7 series but the Angels have momentum aka "The Big Mo". Two nights ago they survived a Yankee comeback and rallied to beat the pinstripes (nickname for the Yankees). Should be a fun one to watch.
