> Talk about the college basketball marathon that's going on. It started last night at midnight and will continue tonight through midnight. 19 games are being broadcast on ESPN.
> Talk about the near upset last night in Kentucky. The University of Kentucky (ranked in the top 5 of basketball polls) was nearly upset by Miami University. The Redhawks are unranked, unheralded and gave the Wildcats every bit that they could handle. THAT is what I LOVE about college basketball.

Ms. Soapbox, UK is going to be an exciting team to watch this season! And I believe that this match up against Miami is ultimately be a very good thing for Big Blue b/c they've been tested early which means they will know adversity when they encounter it down the road.

Check out the UD Flyers, "Top 25 Preseason Video" on youtube. Dayton loves their men's basketball team. The women beat Michigan State last Friday. It's nice when the little guys beat up on the big schools!

Shawn, you're right! UD is looking good although they lost to Villanova, a higher ranked team. Not unexpected but I like the way the Flyers are looking!
